| | In general, the international delivery time is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, please take into consideration on the difference of recipient's time zone when you place the order.
You may select the delivery date, but not a specific delivery time.
For public holidays and festive days, no deliveries will be made.
For deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays, orders will be delivered earlier or on the following working days.
All the photos on the online catalogue are for reference only. Deliveries of chosen items are subject to availability at time of purchase. Substitution may occur on some occasions. Given the differences on continental regions, culture, and seasonal supplies, the selection of flowers and materials will be adjusted by the local florists.
Orders must be made two to three working days in advance; for important festivals (such as Valentine's Day, Easter Holiday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc), please place your order three to four days in advance.
On your order, please provide details of recipient's contact phone number, it is necessary to specify whether it is an office address or a residential address.
All orders confirmed cannot be cancelled.
All international message cards will be printed in English only, except China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan which can be printed in Chinese.
Photos of the gifts and recipient's signature are unavailable for international orders. An acknowledgement receipt of the gifts can only be provided by our company upon request.
The Company does guarantee that your floral arrangement will stay fresh when it reaches your recipient hand. In the event of such unpleasant incident does happen, the Company's sole maximum liability will be not more than to refund the purchase price or to replace and deliver an equivalent floral arrangement as soon as reasonably practicable. | |
